When do we get our bailout?

You know what? I'm tired of hearing about all these fat cats getting billions in bailout while the country is upside down to the tune of trillions of dollars.  Why can't WE go along being upside down?  I can't even get any grace on getting my car smogged.  I wrote to the DMV and asked for a smog bailout and can you imagine?  I didn't hear from them.......

Why is it okay for some and not others?  Where is the dividing line?  because I want to cross over....

Tune Pak

Christmas CDs on Sale

Someone said that in another year or so, the Cd will have gone the way of all things; that they won't even be sold anymore. I guess that means we'll have to discount all the Christmas Cds we printed.

I'm not sure that I think that people won't want to own CDs, but I can sure see the digital handwriting on the wall. We're waiting to hear from our distrubutor, Reverbnation, if we actually get accepted by iTunes; when we submitted our material direct to them, we got denied. So, we'll see. these days you just can't do without iTunes.....

This Christmas, This Year

We're really proud of our newest CD, "This Christmas, This Year".  If you know about us, you may know that the title song first appeared on 2006's "On Borrowed Time".  We rearranged it with Todd doing the lead vocal and Katy on harmonies, re-recorded it and included it as the title track. The other songs are favorite Christmas songs that we do with our own personality stamped on them.
It was a labor of love since we only decided in October to do a Christmas CD;  and to get 10 songs arranged, all the parts recorded mixed and mastered in two months was just .......well, not like us.

But we did it with God's help and that of Alan Dicato  (groundlevelsound.com)

We hope you'll listen to a few tracks.  And we'd be most grateful if you would purchase a couple of them as gifts this year.

Merry Christmas! and may the Lord keep us all in 2009...

Happy Holidays? or Merry Christmas?

As they say on FoxNews, we say Merry Christmas.  This slow and not-so-subtle push in our country to 'morph' Christmas into something other than what it is, has started to be intolerable.  And now, the PCers would have us believe that they are entitled ('entitlement' has started to get really tiresome, too, but that's another rant) to refer to the season as The Holidays, instead of a celebration of the birth of our Savior.

Shall we then start to refer to Hannukah as such, The Other Holiday?  or RamaDan.....as the 'other' holiday.....?  Why is it that we, as Christians are being asked to apologize and/or mitigate the importance of the single most important day to us, or the entire year?

Prop 8 passes

The people speak, yet again, about marriage in California.  And isn't it interesting that even though our new president was/is positioned against it, something like 79% of all blacks who voted for him, voted yes on 8.......?  Hmm...
